December will see the Middle East Extreme Sports Expo return to Dubai. This event, which is being run by Never Before Events, who are working with the Dubai Sports Council, is the only extreme sports, action and outdoor adventure event of its type to take place in the Middle East.

The Extreme Sports Expo for 2015 has been scheduled so that it will take place at the same time as the FAI Dubai world Air Games, which will be running from December 1st to 12th.

The Extreme Sports Expo will happen from December 3rd through 5th, at the Dubai International Marine Club. There will be transport on offer to take visitors both to and from the Dubai World Air Games, which are being held at the prestigious Skydive Dubai.

Extreme sports are incredibly popular in Dubai, and the UAE is rapidly becoming one of the world’s premier sporting locations. It is only natural that there would be a lot of interest in the event. This trade show is expected to attract a massive amount of visitors.

Extreme Sports Expo: Explore the Land, Air and Sea

The three day expo will feature three different pavilions, representing land, air and sea, and will have exhibitors from numerous local brands in the world of extreme sports.

The venue boasts more than 8,000 square meters of floor space for exhibitors and activities, and the location near the Palm Drop one means that people will have the chance to enjoy a massive range of activities.

During the extreme sports expo, for activities on land, visitors can look at mountain biking, super bikes, rock climbing, trekking, mountaineering, motocross, kite buggying and more. In the air, there are options for paramotor, skydiving, microlight and gyrocoptor flight, hang gliding and kitewing. The water sport area includes wind surfing, stand up paddleboarding, wake boarding, sailing, jet skiing, and even sports fishing charters.

The sea pavilion will also feature the One Breath exhibition, which is being put together by SPEAROFrediving Magazine. This is devoted to freediving and spearfishing, and showcases the products on offer by a range of international manufacturers. Spearfishing is something that is becoming quite big in the area, and that many dive shop owners are interested in.
If you practice extreme sports, or are interested in them at all – as a retailer, or as a spectator, then Dubai is a good place to visit – not just for the expo, which will doubtless have some of the biggest names in the industry in attendance, but also for the other activities going on in the region.

Zarir Saifuddin, a partner at Never Before Events, as well as the founder of the extreme sports Expo, says that he is optimistic that the expo will grow to become a big influence in the world of extreme and action sports. It certainly has a lot of promise, and the infrastructure is there right now to support the growth of the expo over the coming years, to turn it into one of the world’s premier shows.
